Market Rules
- All Market users (tenant employees, visitors, buyers, delivery personnel, etc.), without a permanent pass must sign in when entering the Market
- Any vehicles entering the premises may be subject to search
- All deliveries must be for a current Market tenant
- No dumping and/or littering—fines accessed
- Smoking permitted in designated areas only
- Illegal activity on Market property is prohibited
- Consuming alcoholic beverages on Market property is prohibited
- Firearms and/or weapons are prohibited
- No off-loading or cross-docking
- Rummaging through trash and removing pallets from dock is strictly prohibited
- Abandoned or not legally tagged vehicles and/or trailers vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense
- Children age 13 and under must remain inside vehicles with adult supervision
- The facility is under 24/7 video surveillance and monitored by Security Staff
- Violators may be fined, banned or both from the Market
