To purchase a replacement sticker, proof must be provided that the vehicle is out of service, has been traded, or that the windshield has been replaced.Entrance and Registration charges are subject to change. Annual stickers are valid only for one year and are non-refundable. Physically challenged individuals are invited to contact the Market Manager, Sharon Brannan or the Deputy Director, Betty Allison, regarding special needs at (410) 379-5760. The aforementioned Market Policies, Procedures and associated charges are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the MFCA. Procedures of the Market provide for the Security Guard to be able to make inquiries as to the content of all vehicles and to inspect such contents as deemed appropriate.
